Tele-Navigation for Lung Cancer Screening Adherence

Study Description
Tele-Navigation of Lung Cancer Screening (Tele-Navi LCS) is an intervention co-created with patients and LCS stakeholders using telehealth. This will help promote adherence of follow-up LCS. Adherence to annual follow up is critical to achieving mortality benefits and optimizing cost-effectiveness of LCS. In the pilot sample of patients, the investigators will evaluate the feasibility of Tele-Navi LCS intervention in the primary care setting. They will measure the number of patients who completed Tele-Navi LCS and follow-up LCS within 180 days from Tele-Navi LCS.
