Study on Safety and Effects of YCT-529 in Healthy Males

Study Description

This study aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of YCT-529 in healthy male subjects. It is a Phase 1a trial involving two cohorts of 8 subjects each. The participants will receive ascending oral doses of the study drug under fasted conditions in Periods 1 and 2, and one cohort will be dosed under fed conditions in Period 3 to examine the impact of food. The study will provide valuable information on the effects of YCT-529 in a controlled setting.
