Study on Safety and Tolerance of TCK-276 for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Study Description
This study aims to assess the safety, tolerance, and pharmacokinetics of TCK-276, an oral medicine, in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The study is a phase 1, randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled trial. It will consist of a screening visit, treatment duration, and a follow-up/end of treatment visit. There will be four cohorts, and each will receive an oral dose of TCK-276 or matching placebo for seven days under fed conditions. The study duration is around 42 days. The trial will help determine the safety and tolerability of TCK-276 for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
