SHEN26 Capsule for Mild to Moderate COVID-19: Phase II Clinical Trial

Study Description
This clinical trial aims to determine the effectiveness and safety of SHEN26 capsules in treating mild to moderate COVID-19 in Chinese patients. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: a low dose group, a high dose group, or a placebo group. The study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of SHEN26 capsules. Each group consists of 30 eligible patients with mild to moderate COVID-19, with the treatment groups receiving SHEN26 at different doses, while the placebo group receives a fake treatment. Overall, this study seeks to broaden treatment options for COVID-19 patients and improve their health outcomes.
