New treatment options for metastatic NSCLC, SCCHN and mUBC with IO102-IO103 and pembrolizumab

Completed Phase 2 NCT05077709

Study Description

Learn about a phase II multi-arm (basket) trial investigating the safety and efficacy of IO102-IO103 in combination with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment for patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), squamous cell carcinoma of head or neck (SCCHN), or metastatic urothelial bladder cancer (mUBC). Combining IO102-IO103 with pembrolizumab stimulates the natural killing of cancer cells, and counters immune regulatory mechanisms in the tumor microenvironment to boost anti-cancer immunity. The trial aims to investigate the efficacy of IO102-IO103 in combination with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment in each of the different metastatic solid tumor indications. The study plans to enroll approximately 90 patients who will receive treatment for up to 2 years with IO102-IO103 and pembrolizumab.
