Weight Management with Signos App & Glucose Monitoring
Active, Not Recruiting Not Applicable NCT06214221
Study Description
The rise in metabolic syndrome and associated health issues is a growing concern. Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology has been shown to support positive behavior change, aiding individuals with obesity to stick with diet and exercise plans more effectively. Mobile health (mHealth) platforms like the Signos app offer user-friendly tools that engage individuals in their weight management journey. This study explores how the integration of CGM feedback, combined with personalized coaching and dietary education, can help people without diabetes achieve their weight goals and improve overall health. Participants will be using the Signos mHealth platform to monitor their wellness, body weight, and composition and their progress will be evaluated in comparison to a control group without the intervention. Weight management is crucial for long-term health, and leveraging modern technology can provide a supportive pathway for those looking to improve their lifestyle and manage their weight more effectively.
